為貫徹落實(shí)《"十四五”數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》(國發(fā)〔2021〕29號(hào)),提升我國生物特征識(shí)別產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力,推動(dòng)我國生物特征識(shí)別產(chǎn)業(yè)做大做強(qiáng),助力經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,全國信息技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)生物特征識(shí)別分技術(shù)委員會(huì)(SAC/TC28/SC37)組織編制"生物特征識(shí)別技術(shù)應(yīng)用案例集”,并對(duì)當(dāng)前生物特征識(shí)別技術(shù)應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析。本案例集將應(yīng)用案例劃分為四個(gè)主要部分:行業(yè)應(yīng)用篇、新興應(yīng)用篇、融合應(yīng)用篇及支撐技術(shù)應(yīng)用篇,共收錄了55項(xiàng)案例。通過匯編生物特征識(shí)別技術(shù)應(yīng)用實(shí)例,充分展現(xiàn)了生物特征識(shí)別技術(shù)在多個(gè)關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域的實(shí)際應(yīng)用成效和重要影響,并希望為技術(shù)使用方、研究人員、技術(shù)開發(fā)者、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及政策制定者提供全面的參考資源,使生物特征識(shí)別技術(shù)應(yīng)用案例集成為生物特征識(shí)別解決方案選擇的知識(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫,項(xiàng)目需求對(duì)接的橋梁,讓生物特征識(shí)別技術(shù)持續(xù)為人類社會(huì)帶來更加美好的生活體驗(yàn)。
宋繼偉,2010年畢業(yè)于東北大學(xué),系統(tǒng)工程專業(yè),工學(xué)博士,高級(jí)工程師, 2010年至今在工業(yè)和信息化部電子工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究院從事生物特征識(shí)別、智能制造、無人機(jī)、RFID、IC卡、實(shí)時(shí)定位等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作;現(xiàn)任物聯(lián)網(wǎng)研究中心感知技術(shù)研究室主任,全國信標(biāo)委卡及身份識(shí)別安全設(shè)備分委會(huì)(SAC/TC28/SC17)副秘書長,全國信標(biāo)委生物特征識(shí)別分技術(shù)委員會(huì)(SAC/TC28/SC37)委員,ISO/IEC 18000-4:2018國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主編輯,ISO/IEC/ JTC1/SC31,ISO/IEC/JTC1/SC17和ISO/IEC/JTC1/SC37下設(shè)6個(gè)工作組專家;作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人,承擔(dān)多項(xiàng)科技部國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目和工信部智能制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)專項(xiàng);作為編制組成員,參與編寫《國家智能制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系建設(shè)指南(2015版)解讀》、《智能制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化》等著作;獲得省部級(jí)科技一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),三等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),國家發(fā)明專利11項(xiàng),國家實(shí)用新型專利10項(xiàng);發(fā)表SCI,EI等論文16篇,主持及參與制定國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)60余項(xiàng)。
